Audioguide web - CameraMuseum.app
CameraMuseum.app is a prototype web app developed as a final-semester group project for the Swiss Camera Museum in Vevey, Switzerland. Designed to offer an interactive audioguide experience, the app allows visitors to access curated content by photographing exhibition items, using image recognition to deliver the corresponding description and podcast-style audio.
Context
Developed during the final semester of my Bachelor’s in Media Engineering at HEIG-VD, in collaboration with the Swiss Camera Museum this project responded to the museum’s desire to create a more engaging experience for a temporary exhibition focused on the digital world.
Given the scale of the team — 12 students — we adopted the Scrum Agile framework for the first time in our curriculum. The team was structured into three main departments:
- UX & UI Design
- Content Creation
- Web Development
My Role
Taking on the role of Scrum Master was one of the most exciting challenges of my academic journey. With just one month to deliver and a large, multidisciplinary team, I had to quickly understand and deploy the Scrum framework alongside my teammate acting as Product Owner.
Discovering Scrum became more than applying a method — it sparked a genuine passion for agile thinking. The values of flexibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement shaped the way I led the team and helped create a structure that supported rapid, creative progress.
As Scrum Master, I was responsible for:
- Implementing Scrum for the first time in our program, guiding the team through daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Structuring the workflow across three departments: UX/UI, Web Development, and Content.
- Setting up ClickUp to manage the Product Backlog, Sprint Backlogs, and team tasks.
- Organizing internal communication via Microsoft Teams, with structured channels and clear workflows.
- Facilitating collaboration between team leads to align efforts and resolve impediments.
- Reporting progress and issues to the pedagogical core on a weekly basis.
- Contributing to the Content Team, particularly in researching and structuring the museum's content.

Project outcomes
Though not intended for immediate deployment, the project culminated in a fully functional and user-tested prototype presented to the Swiss Camera Museum. It provided a strong foundation for future development and showcased the successful implementation of agile principles in a real-world, cross-functional team environment.
